I had a transmission leak. First time after owning this truck for 20 yrs. So I’m not mad at all. Took my 2007 GMC YUKON in for repair. This dealership has always done great work and always remind me when it’s time to come in for my usual maintenance. I truly believe that’s why my 20 yr old Yukon is still running like new. I have over 144k miles and we still rolling. The customer care service is top notch! I highly recommend this dealership for service and repairs.
I brought my Buick here for repairs and had a fantastic experience. My service advisor, Christian A., provided excellent customer service and paid great attention to every detail. Additionally, the dealership's technology is outstanding. The entire process from check-in to pickup was seamless. I loved that my information was ready upon arrival, and the automated email updates kept me informed throughout. Their phone system even routes calls directly to your advisor and logs missed calls without needing a voicemail. A+ service!

Waited 3hrs for an alignment and tire rotation. (Service Advisor, Omar Garcia), checked the online service tracker for my vehicle and the status showed to be in "arrival status for 2.5 hours." I decided to ask Omar on the status of my vehicle and showed him the service tracker, his response:
"Oh, that doesn't work.
ME:" I asked "How much longer?"
Omar: Give it 30 mi.

Making an appointment online for service was easy. Also, my request for a particular service advisor was accommodated. Gil compos was friendly and professional. He stated it would be an hour for the alignment. I waited for my vehicle to be serviced and after 1.5 hours it was not complete. Gill explained that the service bay was given away to cars with oil changes. It would be another 1 to 2 hours. He did offer an Uber to take me home. I chose to pick up my car the next morning. My vehicle was in this dealership for 67 days in then another 20 + days after the warranty repair was approved. The warranty company called me multiple times because Group1 South service was unresponsive. I came to pickup my vehicle only to find the repair was not done. I had an appointment and was seen right away, kindly greeted and service rep was informative. My wait was normal and I was kept abreast of everything being done so my vehicle.
I was able to get a 2026 Buick Encore and everyone that spoke to me was very kind and courteous and very helpful to me.

The dealership in its self is fine. My only problem I really have is with the manufacturer of the gmc trucks. When gmc was making those torque converters and transmission that broke seems like it should have been repaired and made knowledge to staff that's selling said vehicles. GMC as a company should do better for their dealers too. Has to be stressful to make things better for problems they didn’t create
Dealership was great, as I have been a customer of Buick for very long, but I am writing this review and giving a low rating because of the strange interaction I had with service advisor Jessica, as I know how important these reviews are for dealerships. Terrible dealership after buying my first vehicle here at 18 years old and then purchasing 2 more and recommending family members to come here I will never come back here or recommend this dealership after the dealership screwing me over thousands on their vehicles prices I bring my truck to get serviced and they don’t service anything and still charge me a diagnostic fee and not telling me what’s wrong with my vehicle this service people are scams don’t come here

Osbaldo and Eni were exceptional representation of your dealership. Your system was lacking. The truck was sold prior to us being informed that the brakes would be replaced requiring the vehicle to remain two additional days. We had driven 3 hours from home and were not prepared for an additional two day stay. While pleased that this detail was handled, it was quite stressful.

Terrible service. Brought my truck in for transmission issues. I was told that it was the battery. I had the battery replaced. The same issue occurred on the same day i received my vehicle back from the dealership

made an appointment, still had to wait two days. Service on one repair overpriced and did not have it completed. $237.72 per hour x 3 hours = $713.17 for a $25.98 seal - you have to be kidding. You would think as a returning customer that they would give a bigger break on this repair.
